
Requirements:
- Previous experience in order processing, customer service or back office is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure and with tight deadlines
- Ability to work both individually and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer software systems
Responsibilities:
- Communicate and liaise effectively with customers and agents
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely order fulfilment and shipping
- Execute logistic requisitions as required by the customers
- Enter and maintain accurate customer and order data in company databases and systems
