Legal Counsel – Employment
Responsibilities:
- Draft and handle high-level agreements and contracts, including but not limited to commercial, corporate, employment, intellectual property, distribution, and marketing
- Liaise with the Chief Legal Officer and legal team in reviewing and creating important legal documents.
- Liaise with the Chief Legal Officer and legal team in drafting new contracts or agreements for the Company.
- Support the HR team with various employment law matters.
- Handling applications for and assisting employees in obtaining permits.
