Reporting to the Head of Legal, the successful applicant will provide essential support in handling a variety of legal tasks, including drafting and preparing standard secretarial documents, such as minutes, resolutions, incumbency certificates, and powers of attorney, and organizing legal records and ensuring proper archiving, document management, and retrieval for future use.
