- Preparation, review and execution of various types of documents, including preparation of minutes, resolutions and agreements.
- Assistance for preparation of documents for immigration purposes.
- Carry out Due Diligence & KYC procedures.
- Liaison with external parties to arrange for Translations, Certifications, Apostille & Stamp Duties.
- Filing of documents on a database system.
