Position: Legal Advisor
Department: Compliance
Reports to: Head of Compliance
Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide expert and professional legal advice, guidance and support to ensure that the legal and reputational risk faced are identified, reported and mitigated.
- Be fully informed of the relevant corporate and regulatory laws, make any necessary changes and inform the relevant people accordingly
- Proactively identify legal risks to the business and, where relevant, raise them with the departments who should consider these
