We are searching for an enthusiastic and committed Learning and Development and Performance Management Specialist to join our dynamic team at HFM.
Your role at HFM:
- Responsible for developing and implementing the performance management system, including performance evaluations, professional development and disciplinary actions.
- Conducts training needs analysis, designs personal development plans and facilitates learning initiatives.
- Designs, implements and evaluates training programs.
- Ensures that employees are properly trained to perform their duties and to develop within the company.
