Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and smoking areas, including countertops, equipment, and utensils.
- Clean and Fill in all coffee machines with necessary ingredients
- Keep refrigerators and microwaves in excellent hygienic condition
- Make sure all kitchen accessories are clean and available
- Ensure adherence to sanitation standards and proper food handling procedures
- Assist in receiving and storing deliveries of food supplies and ingredients
- Monitor inventory levels and notify supervisors when stock is low
- Communicate with suppliers and make orders
- Keep the storage clean and tidy
- Aid in setting up and organizing kitchen workstations before and after meal services.
