Duties

1. Monitoring and handling corporate legal matters (including inter alia mergers and margers, financial/securities offering, compliance issues etc.)
2. Administering the set-up, liquidation and ongoing legal matters for entities in different jurisdictions
3. Liaising directly with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies and other national and governmental and regulatory bodies
