Christos Zambas & Co LLC is looking to recruit a Junior Lawyer.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting of Agreements, Contract of Sale, Lease Agreements, Letters etc
- Drafting of corporate forms, documents
- Keep up to date with new obligations of Cyprus companies and attend on time to all the necessary changes that need to be made with the Companies Register
- Performing KYC/AML checks for clients
- Administrative duties,including filing, scanning and organizing
- Performing immigration services
- Use of i-justice system
- Prepare and submit tax forms
Skills and Qualifications:
- University Degree in Law
- At least 1 year of work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek &
