CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding Law Firm with offices in Nicosia, we are seeking to recruit a Junior Corporate Lawyer to join their growing team. Working as part of the in-house legal department, the successful applicant will primarily be responsible for advising clients on corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, governance, and compliance. As a Junior Corporate Lawyer will also be required to draft legal documents, negotiate on behalf of clients and conduct legal research.
