CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an International Group of Companies with diverse business interests, we are seeking to recruit an Internal Lawyer to join their growing team based in Limassol. Reporting to the Head of Legal, the successful applicant will primarily be responsible for drafting and reviewing a variety of legal agreements, including the preparation, review, and execution of various administration services/documents within the Group of Companies including minutes, resolutions, instruments of transfer, share certificates, incumbency certificates as well as powers of attorney.
