University of Limassol (UoL) is seeking to recruit an innovative Instructional Designer, who can support the Distance Learning Unit in the creation and development of quality education programs, which will meet the requirements of the European Quality Assurance Body in Higher Education (ENQUA), developing 21st century skills in its students.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Education, Educational design, Educational technology, or related field.
- At least 2 years related working in educational design and educational programs development
- Knowledge of Adult Education principles
- Expertise in curriculum development of online learning programs.
