Responsibilities
Technical Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to existing customers for Air Conditioning and/or Avido Water products as directed by Technical Manager (or assigned via the Ticketing Helpdesk System)
- Create, update and maintain allocated tickets
- Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Assist the Sales Rep where needed with customer support
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Customer collections as required by Sales Rep
- Use company digitized tools as required by management
Administrative Responsibilities
- Provide management with reports on customer needs,
