Responsibilities:
Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants.
Monitoring staffs progression and development
Act as single point of contact for the employees and managers
Develop HR practices, policies and procedures
Monitor and administer the department (annual leave, sick leave, training)
Manage all grievance, disciplinary and exit procedures
Generate all HR reports
Maintain and update employee database
Handle company medical and social insurances
Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations
Oversee implementation of performance management and training
To be a link between management and employees by handling questions,
