Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the performance of staff under supervision (maids, housemen)
- Supervises cleaning of the assigned floor and areas – including guestrooms, corridors, staircases, floor pantries ensuring that the correct standards and methods of service are properly met
- Monitors that staff use equipment with care
- Inspects and completes inspection reports
- Supervises handling of soiled/dirty linen to laundry and requisitioning of fresh ones from Housekeeping
- Walks around all entire assigned floor/floors,
