Requirements and skills:
- Academic background in Hotel Management or relevant field
- At least 5 years experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel in a Management position within the hospitality Industry with Food and Beverage background
- A comprehensive operation hotel experience in all departments especially in Food and Beverage with exceptional service orientation
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills
- Understanding of all hotel management best practices and relevant laws and guidelines
- Excellent customer service skills as well as a business mindset
- Demonstrable aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
- Reliable with an ability to multi-task,
