A.N. Stasis Estates PLC is looking for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen team of the 4* Avlida Hotel in Paphos, Cyprus. The hotel provides a buffet for AI, HB and BB guests and is in operation all year round.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Control and direct the food preparation process
- Direct and oversee the execution of daily menus
- Set, adjust and overview all recipes
- Supervise, guide and control cooks and kitchen staff
- Ensure great presentation of the served food
- Ensure all food and other ingredients are stored properly
- Order from stores stock
- Enforce strict health and hygiene standards
- Maintain a climate of smooth and friendly cooperation
