SCOPE AND GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB: To serve Guests impeccably upon their arrival and departure and throughout their stay.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Carries Guests’ luggage to and from their room via a predetermined route upon their arrival and departure.
- Delivers written messages to Guests rooms
- Hands in the order forms and delivers to other departments or Guests rooms whatever he is given by Reception.
- Calls a taxi when either Guests or Reception asks him to.
