The Position:
Foreclosures Specialist: The successful candidate will be a member of the Legal Measures Division and will report to the Foreclosures Manager.
Responsibilities:

Knowledge of foreclosure legislation and procedures
-
Carrying out foreclosure procedures as provided for by the relevant legislation
-
Handle the allocated portfolio; make decisions on a daily basis in accordance with the policy of the Company
-
Provide support to the Foreclosures Manager

Prepare reports on a regular basis to the Foreclosures Manager
-
Perform any other duties assigned by the Manager of the Department
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s (BA / BSc) and / or Master’s degree in Mathematics/ Finance / Business Administration / Accounting or other related field
-
Previous experience in a related field will be considered as an advantage

Results-driven with an ability to take initiatives and oversee performance

Excellent analytical and organizational skills
