Altamira Real Estate is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Expense Management Supervisor to join our Asset and Portfolio Management Department. The successful candidate will be supervising the team handling property-related expenditure, supporting the Department’s management and ensuring internal and external requirements are fulfilled within timelines.
Main responsibilities include:
- Supervise the teams responsible for the day to day recording and approval of Real Estate Owned (REO) asset-level expenditure.
