Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of property-related expenses and will directly report to the Expense Management Manager of the Asset and Portfolio Management Function. Some of the main responsibilities are:

Assist in the annual Real Estate Owned (REO) budget preparation

Manage and control the outgoing funds within the organization on behalf of clients,
