Responsibilities:

Provide general administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, welcoming visitors, responding to emails, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including packages and deliveries.

Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing and photocopying.

Preparing various documents and reports.

Invoicing, maintaining and monitoring debtors accounts.
-
Drafting and filing of forms/ documents with the Registrar of Companies, Social Insurances and Tax Department.
