We’re looking for a Customer Engagement Agent to join our team and make his own contribution to our products.
Main responsibilities:
- Making daily outbound calls and follow-ups;
- Assisting new players and current players to ensure they are fully aware of all the aspects of the games and tools we offer
- Work with other departments such as Payments, Risk, and Customer Support.
Requirements:
- An energetic passion for customer service and speaking directly with customers;
