Requirements:
– experience in CRM systems, preferably (Forex-market);
– knowledge of Excel and Google Docs;
– knowledge of English;

Responsibilities:
– CRM system administration;
– customer database management and administration;
– coordinating the work of managers (keeping statistics on their work, calls, comments);
– coordination of notification flows between managers;
