What to expect of your role:
We are a cozy CRM Team that provides onboarding and retention service to a constantly growing customer base. We welcome you to implement a communication strategy with current customers, find the differences in user journeys based on different markets, and convert them into regular touch points.
You will be expected to:
- Increase customer retention and engagement on our product (cross-team collaboration);
- Execute and manage multichannel Campaigns and Newsletters;
