Administration / Instructions Emails – Distribute HR Pack and administrative instructions to all guards, before deployment, and ensure that all documents are received in good order before the assignment. Notify HR Line Manager of any anomalies or issues.
Maintain records of promotions on board the vessels.
Certificates – Verify mandatory certificates prior to assignments and arrange medical examinations according to the client’s requirements.
Contracts & Extensions – Prepare the agreement between the company and the guard.
