The Opportunity:

• Assisting with M&A transactions and the structuring of corporate finance arrangements
• Drafting legal opinions and legal memos on corporate, commercial and contract law issues
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements and other legal documents
• Participating and assisting in restructuring and insolvency projects including receiverships and liquidations
• Preparing legal opinions for local and international clients on corporate and/or commercial matters
