Duties and Responsibilities

Advising on legal issues in corporate law, contract law, commercial law

Drafting Cyprus law-governed financing agreements, security agreements (including pledge agreements, assignment agreements, floating charges)

Drafting Cyprus law-governed shareholders agreements and advanced tailored articles of association

Drafting share purchase agreements,
