The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various legal documents, such as sale agreements, share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, loan agreements, and other commercial contracts, as well as providing expert legal advice and services on the establishment, administration, restructuring and dissolution of companies.
