The successful applicant will be responsible for drafting legal documents including, resolutions, minutes, and power of attorneys as well as drafting legal opinions and legal memos on corporate, commercial and contract law issues. You should be educated to degree level in Law and possess a minimum of 4 years of post-qualified experience.
