Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development, implementation, monitoring and improvement of the procurement policies and procedures.
- Preparation, review and evaluation of tenders and preparation of contracts for services, supplies and works.
- Source and interview vendors and assist in cost negotiations.
- Perform basic estimating and purchasing of services, products, materials and equipment.
- Administer all tendering and procurement transactions. Track, record and receive orders and document deliveries.
- Organise project procurement in accordance with the project schedule.
