Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the development, implementation, monitoring and improvement of the procurement policies and procedures.
  • Preparation, review and evaluation of tenders and preparation of contracts for services, supplies and works.
  • Source and interview vendors and assist in cost negotiations.
  • Perform basic estimating and purchasing of services, products, materials and equipment.
  • Administer all tendering and procurement transactions. Track, record and receive orders and document deliveries.
  • Organise project procurement in accordance with the project schedule.
