Main Job Tasks, Responsibilities & Skills:
- Repair and maintain laptops, computers, and other related IT equipment both hardware and software.
- Build custom PCs as required.
- Stay informed about current sales and promotions, and policies regarding payment.
- Exhibit strong knowledge of technology products and software.
Key Competencies:
- Experience in troubleshooting clients’ IT equipment.
