Advance Career, on behalf of our client, a Financial Services company in Limassol, is seeking to recruit a Compliance Officer to be responsible for the Department;
Responsibilities:
- Legal agreements review and negotiation, ongoing monitoring after execution for expiry, renewal, notice periods etc.
- Reviewing and approving marketing material as per the relevant legislation; making suggestions accordingly in order to be compliant with the regulation.
- Provide support in the development of adequate policies and procedures to meet generally acceptable compliance requirements (Off-Shore and CySEC) and other applicable rules and regulations.
