The Role:
We are looking for a passionate individual to join our newly established Competitive Intelligence team. The successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams across the organisation to gather, contextualise and deliver competitive intelligence insights.
The main responsibilities of the position include:
- Conduct market assessments to provide useful insights, produce reports and present actionable recommendations
- Perform ongoing tracking and analysis of key competitors’ characteristics and emerging competitive threats and trends
- Observe social networks and product review-sites and provide information on customers’ attitudes towards competitors and products
- Track advertising or news of product launches in industry publications and provide analysts with information on competitors’ marketing activities
- Liaise with other departments to obtain or provide additional/supportive information.
