Reporting to the Head of Analysis & Support, the successful candidate will primarily be responsible for providing 1st level support on customer enquiries relating to the company’s products and services via telephone, web calls and/or email. Our client is seeking applicants who ideally hold relevant experience gained working in a similar role and any experience working in the Financial Services sector is highly desirable.
