
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Guide clients through the onboarding process, including document collection and account setup.
- Maintain accurate client records and assist in contract preparation.
- Support the sales and finance team with administrative tasks and follow-ups.
- Provide a friendly and professional first point of contact for all visitors and clients.
Requirements:
- Fluent Greek and English (spoken and written).Russian
