Chinese-Speaking Back Office Officer (Cyprus or Greece)
The role:
We are looking for passionate and self-motivated professionals to join our Back-office team. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to monitor, manage and execute client funding requests.
The main responsibilities of the position include:
- Process deposits, withdrawals and refunds based on established policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with the company’s anti-money laundering procedures
- Internally assist all departments with any issues related to client funds
- Provide suggestions on system enhancements
