Thanos Hotels & Resorts is seeking to recruit a Chef De Partie for the Amyth of Nicosia Hotel.
Duties & Responsibilities
- To ensure that culinary standards in all outlets of the Food and Beverage department are met at all times as determined by the F&B standards and policies of Thanos Hotels
- Ensure that the hotel maintains the best possible reputation for its culinary products
- Maintain the recipe library and plate specifications showed by the Executive Chef
- Have knowledge of the actual food cost
- To achieve daily tasks required by the operation and guidelines given by the Executive Chef
- To guide, motivate, train and manage cooks A’, B’ and C’, trainees and stewarding staff in order to exceed guest expectations
