SCOPE AND GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB: Prepares and serves drinks, cocktails and beverages correctly and promptly, offering impeccable service to guests. Keeps the places he works clean and tidy.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Follows the pre-set procedures for operating the Bars correctly.
2. Opens the Bars correctly according to the Hotel’s procedure.
3. Knos all the different drinks, beverages, cocktails and dishes on the Bar menu, as well as their ingredients, and can describe them to Guests if requested.
