The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will support the F&B Manager to lead, supervise, control and ensure the smooth running of all Food and Beverage Departments (Restaurants, Bars, Kitchens, Room Service, Banqueting) and the relevant team members, in the most efficient and effective manner.
