Main responsibilities


  • Monitor all outgoing cargo for our customers and manage the shipment process.
  • Answercustomer’s requests via email and phone calls.
  • Communicate with customs export process and arrange all necessary documentations.
  • Enter all information and data to the company’s system CRM on a continual basis.
  • Provide administration support, process orders and issue documents such delivery orders, quotations and Invoices.
  • Manage of bookings/shipments /prices of the clients with and overseas agents.
