Main responsibilities
- Monitor all outgoing cargo for our customers and manage the shipment process.
- Answercustomer’s requests via email and phone calls.
- Communicate with customs export process and arrange all necessary documentations.
- Enter all information and data to the company’s system CRM on a continual basis.
- Provide administration support, process orders and issue documents such delivery orders, quotations and Invoices.
- Manage of bookings/shipments /prices of the clients with and overseas agents.
