  • Monitor and optimize delivery routes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Communicate with couriers and drivers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns related to delivery schedules
  • Collaborate with various teams to streamline processes and enhance operational performance

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English and Greek (both spoken and written)
  • Proven experience in operations or logistics management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
