- Drafting and filing of pleadings according to Civil Procedure Rules
- Appearing before the Court and undertaking hearing procedures
- Managing corporate litigation cases and interim applications
- Participating and assisting in restructuring and insolvency projects including receiverships and liquidations and offering support to insolvency practitioners
