The position : administrative and sales assistant
The main responsibilities of the position include:
- Assist As the initial point of contact with clients, suppliers, partners. before elevating any issues to management.
- Assist the CEO in daily tasks
- Provide general administrative support to the team to include filing, data entry, typing
- Maintain and manage databases to ensure accurate information : for sales/finance team / for support and technical issues
