On behalf of our Client a multinational logistics company, based in Larnaca we looking to hire a Administration Officer


Role and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate shipping activities by efficiently managing communication via phone interactions.
  • Work closely with customers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely shipments.
  • Assist in preparing shipping documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and customs paperwork.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, customer interactions, and other relevant information.
