Role and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate shipping activities by efficiently managing communication via phone interactions.
- Work closely with customers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely shipments.
- Assist in preparing shipping documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and customs paperwork.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, customer interactions, and other relevant information.
